How to use Google Classroom

The following is just a copy of the e-mail that was sent out on Friday.
Hi all,
Hope you're all keeping safe and well.
As schools are shut until the 5th of May at least, we have decided to start using Google Classroom in the school after the Easter Break (supposed to be due back to school Monday 20th of April). This offers us an easy way to interact with each other, and for me to assign activities and tasks for learning. I myself had no clue how to work this up until this week but it actually is a very easy and child-friendly resource. 
Each student has been assigned their own e-mail address and password. I will send these on individually afterwards.  There will be a file on my page on the school website (https://www.maryqueenofangels2.ie/3rd-class-mr-sorohan). In this file, it will explain what Google Classroom is, how it works, and how to set this up. Any further queries, don't hesitate in asking.

Hi all,

Below you will find a document with work for the boys to be completed while the school is closed. The boys should complete the work on a day-to-day basis as assigned. There is also a list of other activities the boys could complete which I have included with their normal homework list.

​Some Things to consider during the time off

Phone an elderly relative for a chat.
Tidy your room.
Help out by offering to a household chore everyday.
Participate in a skill challenge everyday. For example-
how many times can you fist pass and catch a ball off a wall in one minute
how many keepie-uppies can you do with a ball
How many burpees in 30 seconds
You can make up your own for you and your friends.
